How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Slawdhaka Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Slawdhaka Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Slawdhaka Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@slawdhaka.quest and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your email, normally within a few business days. We will look into the matter, which may include talking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
